Welcome to my former home in Curitiba! 🏡 I lived in this apartment for 4 years, until I left the country. It is small but cozy and well located, 200 meters from the mall, and with easy access to tourist attractions. 📌 In addition, the condominium has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, grocery store, 24-hour concierge and even mini-golf 😎. The space 🛏️ THE SPACE Our studio is compact but super cozy! Here you will find: - Double bed - Sofa bed - Equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, refrigerator and utensils) - Hot water with gas heating - Clean bed and bath linens - Ceiling fan - Safety net on the balcony (more safety for everyone!) There are even my books📚, which I left in Brazil. You can read and even take what you like (as long as you leave another one in place). 🏊‍♂️ COMMON AREAS You can enjoy all the spaces in the condominium, such as: - Indoor heated pool - Dry and wet sauna - Relaxing whirlpool - Well-equipped gym - Fun mini-golf - Pool table - Laundry (works with separate payment) - Pet space - 24-hour doorman - 24-hour minimarket - Cafeteria (see opening hours) PS: Just don't forget to take a look at the condominium rules when using the common areas, please. Guest access ⚠️ Attention! For the sake of building security, it is mandatory to inform the full name and document number of all guests in advance, during business hours (Monday to Friday). Without this registration, unfortunately access to the building is not allowed — it is not possible to do this at check-in. Once the names and documents are submitted and registered, you will have full access to the common areas of the building! The concierge will grant access based on this information — so please send it to us in advance, okay? Other things to note ☕ Other things to note The location is amazing and the building offers a lot of things — so the cost-benefit here is real! There's even a great coffee shop on the second floor, with food and coffee that can be delivered straight to the apartment. 😋 The studio is ideal for 2 people, but we can accommodate up to 4, with a little less space, like a couple with a child (check the additional amount per guest on the Airbnb platform). ⏰ Schedules - Check-in: from 3 p.m. - Check-out: until 11 a.m. Want to check in early or check out late?
