A cheerful sunroom offers a perfect spot to relax and watch the ducks on the canal. Game Room: For some friendly competition, the garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a ping pong table and a basketball game. Outdoor Living: Step outside onto the huge deck to enjoy the water views, fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout, or head down to your private dock. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities. Full Access: You can use the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. Private Entrance: Entry is seamless with a smart lock. You will receive a unique door code for your stay, allowing for easy self-check-in. Outdoor Amenities: Full access to the private deck, backyard, BBQ grill, and private boat dock.
