Next to the farm house is a free-standing cottage where our caretakers live with their dog. Potiphar has its own access and parking area and it provides the perfect setting for individuals seeking solitude and inspiration. The kitchen area has an electric oven, electric cooker, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, sink, and plenty of cupboards with all you should need for your stay. Cereals, juice, milk, bread, butter, jams, tea, coffee all provided. The bedroom has a double size bed, chest of drawers and hairdryer as well as a wardrobe (hanging area). The bathroom room has a bath, toilet, basin, bidet and towel rail. The outside area is separate from our house and has a table and seating. There is parking availability. If you have bikes or other equipment you wish to store inside we can find space either in our shed outside or in the barn. • Toiletries (Shampoo, conditioner, shower wash, hand wash) • Hairdryer • Sofa • Wifi (super fast) • Cooker • Iron & ironing board • Fridge • Oven • Toaster • Garden • Patio furniture • Outdoor store/shed for storage of bikes, beach gear etc. • Parking Guest access You will have your own private entrance to the cottage. Other things to note Minimum 2 night stay The area is excellent for either mountain biking in the woods or on the hills. We are situated on a hill which is quite steep. We live close to the Compton Abbas Airfield. It's a recreational airfield and in the summer there are occasional open days or sunny days where it can be busy. It doesn't bother me but you might get some small planes flying over once in a while! Things to note: This is a rural area and therefore some insects might fly around or woodlouse might wonder around after a rainy period. We keep the property as clean as possible but please bear in mind the ‘country’ conditions!
