We have designed our space with a fresh and modern yet cozy feel for guests and families to enjoy the unique experience of Okotoks lake life. Whether you feel like grabbing a fishing rod, taking a swim or paddling around in a kayak, it is all here for you to enjoy. Wind down your day enjoying a soak in the hot tub, having a drink on the patio or watching your favorite netflix show. The space This unit does have some stairs to get down to the yard. If you are unable to do stairs, you can access the backyard on the other side of the house, however some might find the slope steep getting down. Guest access Guests have access to the fully separate basement suite with private entrance. Guests also have exclusive use of the backyard, lakefront, hot tub, fire pit etc. There are people occupying the top level. Other things to note A roll-away single person cot is available for an additional flat fee of $50.00. As the lake is very small, no gas motorized vehicles/boats are allowed on it. We are happy to offer you our two paddleboards and two kayaks to use during your stay! The day before you arrive, you will get a code to get into the suite. Please come around the right hand side of the house if you are facing the front of the home to access the basement suite. The door will not lock automatically so please lock it when you leave the property. If you choose to use the hot tub, please follow the directions that you will find in the suite so that we can make sure that the hot tub will stay clean for you for your entire stay. Life jackets are not mandatory for the lake but we do offer various sizes of life jackets if you wish to use them. Sizes are as follows: - 3 small - 2 youth - 1 adult universal - 1 large/XL
