The 2nd guest bedroom has 1 queen bed. The 3rd guest bedroom has 2 full size beds. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property, including: • Main House: All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, living room, and dining area. • Private Pool: Available for your exclusive use. • Outdoor Areas: Garden, barbecue area, and outdoor dining space. • Parking: Space available for 3 vehicles in the private parking area. For your convenience, we have implemented a keyless entry system. You will receive a unique code before your arrival that will allow you to access the property at any time during your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact me. Other things to note NO PARTIES ALLOWED PETS: Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the beds. If pet hair is found in the bedrooms or on the beds, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. EXCESSIVE NOISE: This rental is located in a residential location. Local law enforcement has quiet time from 22:00 hours (10PM) - 07:00 hours (7AM). $35 early check in fee POOL HEATER: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $35 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 48 hours to be fully heated. USE THE HOUSE AND THE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER IN THE LIVING ROOM AS IMPORTANT STUFF RUNS OFF OF WIFI THIS WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FINE.
