Although the house is new and located in the city center, there are still things that make you unhappy. Our goal is to bring you the experience of living in the Vietnamese native atmosphere and unique emotion; therefore, we would like to make sure that you know the following: 1. LOCATION: the house is located in the city center. 30 meters from the main road. Taxis can come to the house. 2. The house has 3 floors and can only be accessed by stairs. 3. NO Flies, MOSQUITOES inside the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Danang, you will sometimes see mosquitoes from outside the garden and surrounding green areas or cockroaches flying (they are especially attracted by light). They might come into the bedrooms if you open the doors/windows. Don't forget to CLOSE the doors/windows carefully when you use the laundry room, go out on the balcony or go out to prevent mosquitoes from flying into the bedrooms. MOSQUITO REPELLENT is provided in the cabinet but it won't hurt to bring your own. Mosquitoes are really not that bad, but their presence increases after a heavy rain, especially during the rainy season and twilight hours. You should also clean up after eating the food you bring into the house. Make sure you don't bring them into your bedroom. 4. There are some basic spices in the kitchen. If you want more, please buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean up after yourself. 5. TV: There is NO TV in all bedrooms. There is only a TV in the living room Other things to note 1. Check-in: We will wait for you at the building entrance to help you check-in. Late check-in is welcomed: There is no limit in check-in time. You can check in no matter how late it is. But we hope to be informed your check-in time in advance. Early check-in: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you when you arrive and the luggage will be in the room when you return to check-in. 2. Please keep quiet after 10 pm, please if you go out and come back after 10 pm, you should not make noise for the neighbors, thank you 3. The nearby car parking area is 20 meters from the house 4. Do not use stimulants and bring extra people to stay with you during your stay without declaring. If you have an extra person staying overnight, you must tell us in advance so that we can make a declaration of stay. 5. Do not use stimulants such as drugs and laughing balloons.
