Jizerka log cabin, Jizera Mountains

Timbered cottage in the Jizera Mountains, 650m above sea level in a quiet settlement of Cesky Šumburk, 5 km from the town of Tanvald on a winding mountain road. The cottage was supposedly built around 1770 and is the oldest property in the area. Due to the nature of the property, we used the old method of work to the fullest extent during the renovation. The cottage is located right next to the forest on a cul-de-sac, impassable path. The cottage has a terrace with a view, the possibility of sitting in the summer, relaxing. The space On the ground floor of the renovated mountain cottage there is an entrance covered hallway, hallway, timber, toilet, bathroom with bathtub, room with wood stove and BTV, kitchen with full equipment. On the 1st floor there are 2 rooms, where there is a wooden staircase from the hallway (one 20m2 - quadruple and one smaller triple bed with the possibility of an extra bed). Right above the stairs there is a cozy rest room about 15m2 with armchairs, a table and storage spaces. The accommodation has a utility room on the ground floor with the possibility of storing bikes or skis (in the "pavláe" section behind the cottage). The cottage is equipped with comfortable furniture that is tastefully complemented by traditional touches. Guest access For use of the entire property, including the utility room. Other things to note In the winter and summer season, we prefer weekly stays. Winter season from December 15, January February, until the end of March. Summer season from June 15, July, August. to September 15. Energy: Payment on site upon departure. Electricity - to be paid actually consumed according to the meter reading. Price 7,-Kč/kWh. In the case of wood heating, the fee is from 200,-Kč to max 1000kč according to consumption and season. Noisy celebrations and parties are not allowed and we do not accept such stays.
