To reach the villa there are 160 steps not consecutive they are interrupted by narrow lanes. Free porter service to handle your luggage on arrival and departure. During your stay, we will be always available.Paid parking on request The space Villa Poesia is a beautiful and romantic Mediterranean-style villa, which since 2004 has welcomed guests from all over the world. There is a large 60 sqm terrace overlooking paradise, adorned with flowers, where the scent of lemons, mint and roses linger in the air. Sunbeds for sunbathing-Outdoor shower. Dining table under the portico. Villa Poesia has: large & bright open space 40sqm sitting and dining room, elegant and comfortable with 2 air conditioners,wifi, & 2 French Windows leading to the Dolce Vita terrace.. The kitchen 22sqm is well equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 5 ring cooker, fringe/freezer coffee machine, drinking water tap. The breakfast area has a table and 4 chairs, French windows lead to the terrace with dining area. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, in the blue bedroom one can divide the double bed into twin beds, Both bedrooms, have fine linen on the beds, they are elegant and cozy, with air conditioners, TV (Netflix) Alexa and French windows leading to the 20 sqm Liberty terrace with magnificent views of the sea, coastline and mountains. Upstairs bathroom with large shower haridryer, soap and shampoo/bubble bath. The second bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, shampoo/bubble bath and soap. When you think you have seen it all, discover the secret garden patio under the pergola, in a rainbow of colours, there is an outdoor sitting area for cocktail hour, surrounded by trees and flowers, outdoor shower with soft changing coloured lights, which in the evening is very relaxing and creates a magical atmosphere In front of the pergola we have the pool. The Cottage independant apartment-40sqm has the "Itlish look" with Italian vaulted ceilings and arches in a romantic English shabby chic style, which conveys a strong personality. The Cottage has a bright bedroom with a large window overlooking the terrace, the soft lighting creates a romantic atmosphere. Cozy sitting room with French windows leading to the Shabby terrace, it has a couch, armchair, tabel and chairs for 2, TV with Netflix, Alexa, bathroom and small kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, and 4 ring cooker. The Shabby terrace with gazebo, has table and chairs and 2 deck chairs overlooking the sea, the coast and the mountains, for who loves both the sea and the mountains they will find the best of both worlds. Guest access Please note: To reach Villa Poesia & The Cottage you have to walk along a panoramic pedestrian road, roughly 220mt. followed by 160 stairs, not consecutive they are interrupted by narrow lanes, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Free porter service on arrival and departure for assistance with luggage. Please note if the group arrives or leaves at different times during the day and the porters have to do more than one delivery service of the baggage there will be an extra charge for the second arrival or departure.
