If there are any burns on sheets ,blankets,pillows, Bedding ?couches or chairs you will be Charged . Parties you must have a Legal Guardian 21 & up for all under age children the person who rented the property must be present. Fights or disburse at the property you will have to leave 911 and your Stay at the property will be canceled no refund will be given .
