Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the private pool area, and the clubhouse. Guests can enjoy the privacy of the home and private pool area, while also taking advantage of the resort’s outstanding clubhouse, just a short 2-minute walk away. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests. SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home and only the initial items will be available at the house. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: Dove mini 1oz Essential Body Wash, Dove mini 1oz Hydrating Lotion, Dove mini 1oz Shampoo Bottles, Dove mini 1oz Daily Moisture Conditioner, Dove mini 25g Cream Beauty Bar, Tissue • Kitchen: Liquid Detergent, 5 Trash Bags, Multi-Purpose Degreaser, Sponge and 4 Dishwasher Pods • Laundry: 4 Laundry Detergent Pods • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed (1 extra set of king-size sheets, 1 extra set of queen-size sheets, and 2 extra sets of twin-size sheets), 27 bath towels and 14 pool towels Pool cleaning at Paradiso Grande Resort homes is performed once a week, usually around Fridays. However, the exact day may vary depending on the technician’s route, weather conditions, or operational needs, and the service may take place during your stay. Our maintenance team has external access to the pool area and does not need to enter the house. The cleaning typically takes about one hour, and the pool can be used again shortly after the service is completed.
