The space Our flat is located in the Los Pino de la Perla Housing Estate. It is on the ground floor, so there is no need to take the elevator. There is only one step at the access door. As you can see in the photos, the property consists of the following spaces: - a living - dining room area with sofa bed, dining table and a TV - the independent equipped kitchen - the sleeping area is arranged as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (150x190) - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 private furnished terrace which can be accessed from the kitchen The flat has a modern style and is lovingly furnished to make you feel at home. It is a very warm and cozy space, which is ideal for any kind of stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 2 air conditioner units with heat pump in the living room and in the bedroom. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 85 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. If you come by car, you will have access to an outdoor parking space in the housing estate.
