Facing due south, the villa enjoys sunshine from morning to evening. Whether you’re inside or out in the garden, you’ll be captivated by the breathtaking scenery! From the entrance, a bright and comfortable living and dining area opens onto a beautiful terrace with a veranda. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped — American-style fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, induction hob — everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals while admiring the magnificent view. From this main terrace, a few steps lead down to a lower terrace with outdoor seating, and a few more steps take you to the swimming pool. On the side of the villa, you’ll find a lovely summer kitchen with a superb view — perfect for sunny days and relaxed evenings. When the barbecue heats up, the holiday mood is guaranteed! Upstairs, a small bedroom with its own terrace features an outdoor shower and a toilet with washbasin. On the opposite side, there’s a games room with a pool table and a comfortable sofa. On the middle level, you’ll find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the lower level, there’s another double bedroom and a single bedroom sharing a bathroom and separate toilet. On the opposite side, an Oriental-style bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. A large TV lounge separates these two areas. For your convenience, there’s also a guest toilet with washbasin and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer).
