The space The property has within the compound a Kalari (Space where the traditional martial art of Kerala - Kalaripayattu is taught). Then there is the reception, a well equipped Ayurveda Spa and then Four rooms in two duplex villas. Two rooms on the ground floor and two rooms on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are very spacious, the ones on the ground floor have a sit out and the ones on the first floor have a balcony. Highspeed Wifi is available free of cost. All rooms feature 43" high definition television. A single unit which consists of the Sitout/Balcony plus the room and the bathroom is of 500 sq ft. All rooms are well furnished and Airconditioned. All rooms feature extra long bed (72" * 78") with very comfortable 12" memory foam mattress. All rooms are fitted with Saint Gobain (Double-glazing with acoustic and temperature insulation glazing laminated glass) All rooms are fitted with Tata Pravesh steel doors which also feature acoustic and temperature insulation. All rooms have very tall ceilings (12 Ft. height) and feature false ceilings. Toiletries Soap, Shampoo and conditioners are provided in all rooms. Hair dryer, Iron box and stand are available on demand. Autorickshaws & Taxi available in property. Bust stop is 2 mins walk away. Railways station is 2.5 kilometers away. Guest access Guests can make use of the whole compound, bicycles, beach mats could be used while visiting the beach. Guests are allowed in the kitchen. In house chef available to take care of your food needs. We cook Keralan food, especially good at Fish dishes. During your stay I don't live at the property but is available at day time and you will have a caretaker who is available at all times.
