The property is located in the Barrio de San Telmo. The location is three blocks from the subway and 5 blocks from Plaza Dorrego, heart of the oldest neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires. The bedroom is a private space, recently renovated with its own bathroom very bright and comfortable It has a double bed, a small refrigerator, hot and cold air conditioning and wardrobe Access to the room is by stairs on the first floor. It has sheets, blankets and towels, shampoo, cable TV and wifi. The space The house is safe, calm , quiet and pleasant to stay. The independent entrance room, is located at the back of the house ,with an excellent view of the garden and its plants. Absolute Privacy. Guest access We have a spacious patio that you can enjoy year round, especially it becomes a very nice place in the hot months. The living room is a shared space ideal for reading, listening to music, and personal work. The kitchen is well equipped , breakfasts and light meals for your convenience. During your stay Hosts Gustavo and Jorge will be living together and sharing with guests by making the best of your stay. We are friendly ,attentive and booked people. We also have two cats - Tita and Chongo - who enjoy the house in total freedom Other things to note We are friendly, respectful people and good company. Tita and Chongo, two cats, live with us and inhabit all areas of the house with total freedom. They might come to visit you if you leave the door to the room open. They're very friendly. Jorge has his photography studio independently inside the house. Our home is truly a paradise in the city.
