Welcome to the Sheepfold: A Unique Nature Experience! The sheepfold has long been owned by our family. It was originally a true sheepfold and converted into a vacation home in the '60s. I always came there myself as a child and later with my own children. I always love it in this beautiful quiet area. I now live abroad, so that's why we rent it out. Yes, it has its quirks and small flaws, but that's what makes it so special! The wooden beams, the cozy corners and the rustic atmosphere take you back in time. In the🌳 middle of the Nature: Imagine waking up in the morning with the song of birds and enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening while the sun sets. The Sheepfold is tucked away among the trees, far away from the city hustle and bustle. Here you will find peace, quiet and pure relaxation. 🌟 One of a kind Experience: Other than the standard holiday parks, the Schaapskooi offers an authentic experience. The minor imperfections? The Sheepfold is not a regular holiday home; it is a place where memories are made and adventures begin. Please note: The upper floor is simple and somewhat dated: great as an extra sleeping space for >4 guests, but without luxury. Other things to note Other things to note • Strictly forbidden to smoke both indoors and outdoors! • The fireplace may be used, but always leave the grate in front of it and the fire does not get too big. The fire should be out when you go to bed • Please be careful with candles. • No fires in the garden. • Always leave nature including cows in the meadow in peace • No loud music • BBQ may be used but at a good distance from the Sheep Cage • Never leave food, but always put everything in containers or in cabinets because of the mice that will come off on it. That's why always keep the kitchen clean, too.
