Bamboo Tree House - Vista Room

Welcome to Finca La Frecuencia - a permaculture and wellness center in the mountains, 3.5 km from Minca. Our piece of paradise is off-the-grid with solar power, comfy beds and songs of nature. Artesanal vegetarian food and craft drinks are on tap. Two beautiful waterfalls are a 20-minute walk. Hiking and bird watching, yes. We also offer acupuncture, massage and sound therapy, or take a class in meditation, tai chi, singing or music theory. Your stay with us helps grow this dream project. The space The Vista Room is one of two bedrooms on the first floor floor of our Bamboo Tree House. In total the house has 3 rooms and 2 shared bathrooms. The bamboo house is about a 3-minute walk up some stairs. We are fairly secluded in nature here. Wake in your comfy queen size bed and cotton linens to the peaceful mountain and songs of a thousand birds! Just 3.5 km from Minca, this is a chill, tranquil place. With crickets, frogs, birds, a bubbling creek and chanting of the howler monkeys, it's a place to unplug from the mundane & connect to the wonders of nature. Guest access You will have access to a shared kitchen, living areas, hiking trails and our cafe where you can enjoy a meal from our kitchen, co-work or just be. The two bathrooms are shared by the three bedrooms. You can talk with Tala orJesse about scheduling a sound therapy, massage, natal chart reading or acupuncture session during your stay. During your stay One of us, either Tala or Jesse, are usually on hand to show you around, answer questions, talk life and give treatments. Social interaction here is natural, not expected. It's a retreat space after all, so being alone and with people are both great! Other things to note Plan to arrive no later than 7pm. Past 9 pm we may not be available to check you in. We have filtered spring water on the property free of charge, so no need to bring water. Food and drink services are preferred to be paid in Colombian pesos. Digital payment options have a 5% surcharge. Please be respectful of the land, the water and the air. Use natural shampoo and soap. Commercial cigarette smoking is allowed but please ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE and away from the house. WIFI: is only available at the cafe space We are off the grid with solar energy :) Please be conscious of electricity usage. Yoga mats, books and games are available upon request. We offer breakfast for an additional 20,000 COP as well as lunch 25,000 COP and dinner for 30,000 COP per meal and are happy to accommodate dietary needs to our best ability. We also offer coffee drinks, kombucha, baked goods and more in our cafe. Our cafe kitchen is open Monday - Saturday. Laundry Serivce is available for an additional 15,000 COPS per load.
