The exterior of the home includes a sparkling private pool, hot tub, furnished deck, covered patio, and dock complete with a screened pavilion and boathouse. The boathouse has three kayaks, two paddle boards, and two inflatables. Unfortunately, the jet skis are not for guest use due to liability concerns. The spacious two-story interior features upstairs and downstairs living areas with plush sofa seating and smart TVs. The upstairs living area is anchored by a large gas fireplace offering a cozy ambiance and added warmth for chilly evenings. Challenge guests to friendly competition with a few rounds of darts, billiards, or Ping-Pong in the downstairs living area and enjoy post-game drinks out on the patio. Age-appropriate games and toys are available for younger guests. The downstairs kitchenette features a sink, two-burner cooktop, fridge, and microwave for household convenience. Guest access The sweeping island kitchen is a chef's delight with gourmet features, including two ovens, a gas range, a dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry with a second, full-size fridge. A convenient wet bar comes equipped with a sink, beverage fridge, countertop ice maker, and an array of glassware for any occasion. Guests will appreciate a selection of brew options, including traditional drip, single-cup, and espresso machines. A comfy day bench is a nice place to sip coffee while keeping the cook company, or guests can enjoy the culinary magic at the breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area accommodates all while providing panorama windows offering lake views. You can also fire up the private gas grill and enjoy alfresco dining and cooling, lake breezes out on the deck. Two patio tables come equipped with umbrellas and seating. Cool off with a dip in the pool, or head down to the dock and boathouse for a refreshing lake swim. Dry off on the sun deck above the boathouse or hang out for sunset cocktails in the screened pavilion. Guests will be excited to find that the boat house is filled with pool/lake floats, paddleboards, adult and kid's kayaks. The bubbling, private hot tub is ready for soothing soaks any time of day. Pool heating is optional at the additional cost of $150/day. Please keep in mind that there is a delay of about 24hrs for the heater to warm the pool. The pool and water slide are closed from December 1st until March 31st.
