This unique accommodation combines modern amenities with traditional charm and is perfect for families, couples or small groups. Room layout: - First level: The living room invites you to relax with a cozy fireplace and a Phillips TV with Ambilight (incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime Apps). Here you will also find the modern, fully equipped Miele kitchen, where you can cook to your heart's content. The sofa can also be easily transformed into a sofa bed. The bathroom includes a WC and a washing machine and tumble dryer. - Second level: The central area with another open bedroom, which is furnished with two comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 m & 1.40m). The highlight of this level is the free-standing bathtub, surrounded by rustic wooden elements, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. There is a separate shower, a second WC and an open closet. - Third level: Here, at the top of the house, there is an open bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.60 m). Additional amenities: Fan concept for the summer to ensure a pleasant room temperature even on hot days. Please note that all bedrooms are open plan and can be separated by curtains to create a sense of privacy. The architecture creates a unique experience! As the penthouse is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, it may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Access is via a code that must be entered in the key box at the entrance. You will then receive the key for both doors. This allows you to arrive flexibly. Other things to note The penthouse is on the third floor and does not have an elevator! Therefore unsuitable for disabled persons. -Luggage Service on Request- The penthouse extends over 3 floors.
