Its geographical location is extremely convenient for visiting various places of tourist interest, such as the Pantalica Nature Reserve, Palazzolo Acreide, Buscemi, and Sortino. This characterful house was built in 1924 and completely renovated in 2023. Situated in the heart of Floridia, it is almost unique in the town, as it boasts a beautiful and spacious courtyard with a small above-ground pool.
