Carefully renovated in December 2023, it offers three elegant double bedrooms and a large living room-kitchen with spectacular panoramic windows. The spacious and modern master bathroom is equipped with a luxurious 100x80 shower. The villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, and an induction kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher. The architecture blends tradition and modernity, creating a unique atmosphere. Outside, a crystal-clear swimming pool, masonry benches (ittene), an annex called "casa del forno" with a masonry kitchen with a traditional pizza oven and barbecue, an outdoor shower and an enchanting landscape of olive groves, almond trees, vineyards, prickly pears and vegetable gardens are all at your disposal. The villa exudes an elegant minimalism, where light and space become protagonists. Every detail is designed to enhance the purity of the design, with only the essential elements to fill the spaces, allowing nature to blend harmoniously with the interior environment. Just a 5-10 minute drive from major tourist attractions such as the Valley of the Temples, the Farm Cultural Park, Pirandello's House, the beach and the wonderful Turkish Steps. Guest access Our guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, which is not shared with anyone else and includes both the villa and the surrounding grounds. In addition, they will have access to all the seasonal produce available on the property. Occasionally, at certain times of the year, a person takes care of the land behind the house, usually in the morning (between 8AM and 11AM). Activities are carried out exclusively outdoors and in a discreet manner, without interfering with the privacy or stay of the guests. Our villa is located in an evocative hillside area, not far from the town center, which is only a few kilometers away. It is important to know that to reach it you need to have your own vehicle since it is not served by public transport. Small children, although there are no heights to request parapets according to the regulations, the utmost attention is recommended, especially for the little ones. The house is in the countryside, in a hilly area, and has some natural differences: it is important to constantly monitor them and make sure they do not come closer to the less safe areas. The villa is immersed in the nature and tranquility of the countryside. Precisely for this reason, especially during the hottest periods, you may encounter a few small insects or typical Mediterranean inhabitants such as geckos, lizards, bees, flies, and mosquitoes: a completely normal occurrence that is part of the local natural ecosystem 🌿 Since there is no street number, you need to ask for GPS coordinates. You will always find a person ready to welcome you who will be your reference for any need during your stay. Upon arrival, we will kindly request a copy of the identity card or passport of all guests, including minors, for registration purposes in accordance with applicable laws. Only the registered guests are permitted on the property. There is no daily cleaning service but in the apartment you will find the necessary for cleaning. Please note that the use of the oven and barbecue is the exclusive responsibility of the guest. The oven house is at your complete disposal with the hope that they will be used in a safe and responsible way, declining all responsibility for any burns or accidents of any nature. Please note that the real estate unit is equipped exclusively with electrical systems and does not have any internal combustion sources (e.g. boilers, stoves, fireplaces, gas heaters, etc.).
