Our villa is an authentic jewel immersed in the Sicilian countryside, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, prickly pears and agaves. The space Welcome to our beautiful villa, the perfect retreat for two couples or a family looking for relaxation and adventure. Carefully renovated in December 2023, it offers three elegant double bedrooms and a large living room-kitchen with spectacular panoramic windows. The spacious and modern master bathroom is equipped with a luxurious 100x80 shower. The villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, and an induction kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher. The architecture blends tradition and modernity, creating a unique atmosphere. Outside, a crystal-clear swimming pool, masonry benches (ittene), an annex called "casa del forno" with a masonry kitchen with a traditional pizza oven and barbecue, an outdoor shower and an enchanting landscape of olive groves, almond trees, vineyards, prickly pears and vegetable gardens are all at your disposal. The villa exudes an elegant minimalism, where light and space become protagonists. Every detail is designed to enhance the purity of the design, with only the essential elements to fill the spaces, allowing nature to blend harmoniously with the interior environment. The location is simply perfect. Just a 5-10 minute drive from major tourist attractions such as the Valley of the Temples, the Farm Cultural Park, Pirandello's House, the beach and the wonderful Turkish Steps. Guest access Our guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, which is not shared with anyone else and includes both the villa and the surrounding land. In addition, they will have all the cultivated products available according to the season. Don't hesitate to ask for information so that we can accommodate your requests if possible. Our villa is in an evocative hilly area, not far from the town center, which is only a few kilometers away. It is important to know that you need to have your own means to reach it as it is not served by public transport. Since there is no street number, you must ask for GPS coordinates. You will always find a person ready to welcome you who will be your reference for any need throughout your stay. Upon arrival, we will kindly request a copy of the identity card or passport of all guests, including minors, for registration purposes in accordance with applicable laws. Only the registered guests are permitted on the property. There is no daily cleaning service, but in the apartment you will find everything you need for cleaning. Please note that the use of the oven and barbecue is the exclusive responsibility of the guest. The oven house is at your complete disposal with the hope that they will be used in a safe and responsible way, declining all responsibility for any burns or accidents of any nature. Please note that the property unit is exclusively equipped with electrical systems and does not have any internal combustion sources (e.g. boilers, stoves, fireplaces, gas water heaters, etc.).
