There is plenty of space here, with 4 bedrooms, (including master with en-suite), and a large, warm, open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Lovely outdoor area, including outdoor bath. 'Tranquility on the hill' is situated in a semi-rural area, yet only 10 mins walk from Pukerua Bay station and 15 to beach. Near popular walks. Ideal base for families, not suitable for parties. The space Open-plan lounge, kitchen, dining with dining for 8 people. Fully fitted, brand new kitchen with induction hob. Bedroom 1: Master with queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Bedroom 2: Queen bed and fitted wardrobe Bedroom 3: Two single beds and fitted wardrobe Bedroom 4: King single, with trundler single bed and fitted wardrobe Bathroom: large double sided bath, shower and sink (including extractor and mirror light, heated towel rail) Separate toilet. Garage: space for parking and washer/dryer/clothing dryer. Outdoor private gardens, large furnished deck looking out to Kapiti Island, and opportunity to walk around the owners property too. An outdoor bath is soon to be installed on the lower deck for alfresco bathing :) Guest access Fully private house for guests use, with separate driveway and entrance. As the house is situated on a section of the owners property, you are free to walk around both properties. Other things to note We have TV with Netflix and wifi in the house. We don't currently have an aerial for TV. The property has a claw-foot outdoor bath on a wooden deck with bubble bath provided.
