The third full bathroom and separate toilet are located on this floor along with the 4th and 5th bedrooms, laundry and games room and kitchen, dining and lounge. The sunny lounge with a heatpump has a 9 seater couch and doors out to a large deck and lawn area. And a tv. There is a separate dining area with an 8 seater table and chairs and a chandelier. The kitchen also has great views. A walk in pantry. Double dish drawers and 2 ovens. There is a Nespresso machine and a full kitchen with all the facilities. A 4th double bedroom with 2 king single beds that can be pushed together and a garden view. There is a double wardrobe. The 5th bedroom has good sized king single bunks. There is a 3rd full bathroom and family laundry with a washer dryer and outdoor clothesline plus a separate toilet. This floor also has the huge games room with a pool table and a table tennis table. Plus a 2nd tv. The couch pulls down to a double bed if needed ( max 12 guests) The 1800 m2 fenced and gated garden leads down to the beach with seats to enjoy the view. There are private steps so you can access the beach which is truly beautiful and I swim every day of the year. We often see dolphins and Orca pass by. There are numerous outdoor seats and a dining table and bbq. Drive in and park behind the gates. The house is very sunny and spacious. Handy to Raumati Sth shops and cafes and close to the Raumati Beach shopping centre. Situated in a quiet family location. Only 5 minutes drive to the on off motorway entry and exits into Wellington City. Guest access The whole garden area leading down to the beach is available for you to enjoy. Other things to note Please note we ask our guests t please respect the neighbourhood and quieten down at 10pm. The games room is ideal to move inside and relax. We have a strict no party rule.
