The villa is in close proximity to a multitude of fun activities, including water sports at nearby Greenwich marina, the quaint town of Altea and a combination of mountain and sea attractions. Villa Macondo is located at the end of a street in a cul de sac, and is a 5 minute drive from the beach. The space The property situated in Altea Hills, with spectacular views to the Mediterranean sea is sitting on a large lot of 850 square meters, built on two levels. The house has two very large bedrooms in the lower floor, with a workstation/foyer in each room and ensuite bathrooms in each: the master bedroom has a king size bed and has direct access to the swimming pool. The second room has a queen size bed and a private balcony with view to the ocean. The upper level has a spacious living room with large smart TV, and dining room for 6, with open windows and ocean view. Here you have direct access to a large terrace with a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped and has side access to the garden. On this level, there is a guest bathroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a private terrace through a double glass door allowing a magnificent view of the ocean. A few steps down, there is a second terrace equipped with a gas BBQ and a fire place. This al fresco dining area has comfortable sitting for 8 and has an extraordinary view of the ocean and the green Mediterranean pines for a pleasant meal or drinks, overlooking a large swimming pool. There is a one car garage and plenty of street parking as well as we are in a cul de sac. The house is equipped with high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi on each floor, central heating, air-conditioning in each room. Closest supermarket is a 4’ drive, closest beach is about 5’. Old town Altea is about 6 km. Greenwich marina with multiple restaurants, water sports, shopping, is about 5’ drive. The house is inside the gated community of Altea Hills, with 24h security services, golf course, tennis club. Guest access You are renting the entire house and private pool. When staying at our Villa just stop at the security kiosk at the entrance and let them know where you are staying and until when.
