The space Living Area The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, a sofa bed, a flat-screen SMART TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The space allows for both quick meals and full dinners. Bedrooms The beds are zip-and-link, allowing flexible configurations to suit guest preferences. Bed Configurations – Please provide advance notice for preferred setup: Bedroom 1: 2 Singles (or 1 Super King) with en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: 2 Singles (or 1 Super King) Living Room: 1 sofa bed (linen provided on request) Bathrooms En-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1 with walk-in shower Main bathroom includes a bathtub Guest access Located on the 4th floor, the apartment is accessible by lift, making it convenient for families and guests with mobility needs. Other things to note Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we collect ID and Damage Deposit to know our guest. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver. Additional guests over 4 are charged at a rate of £10 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided. A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
