Please note that the exterior of the building, including shared amenities like the pool, lift and stairs, reflects the age of the property and is maintained by the housing society. These area are beyond our control, and we kindly request guests to focus on the quality and comfort of the flat itself during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you! 🙏😊💐 Amenities in flat- This is a 2 bedroom furnished apartment with AC bedrooms, power backup, TV, Fridge, fully automatic washing machine, fully functional kitchen, water purifier, hot water geyser, 4 seater wooden dinning table, 32" LED TV, induction, coffee table, etc. HD TV all the channels are subscribed. You can enjoy channels like HBO, Discovery, etc in HD at no extra cost. The house has a unlimited internet wifi connection. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, a 2 burner gas stove, refrigerator, induction to handle basic cooking. Housekeeping services will be available on alternate days during designated hours. Kindly notify me in advance via message or wataspp. Nearby to beach- It is 5 minutes walking from the beach. The apartment is spacious with regular breeze from the balcony. Parking- You'll have your own private parking space for your rented car/bike/scooter. Guest access Gym, pool and lift are the part of Society and it's not private amenities and are allowed to use for guests.Other than that the complete 2 bhk flat will be yours to use.
