Reagan Park Palace on the Monon Trail

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located comfort palace. Style exudes from every room and comfort is key. Close to most everything downtown, grocery store, public parks, and especially the Monon trail. The Monon trail is a roller coaster as far as the city amenities go. Walk or bike to downtown or go north all the way to Carmel/Westfield on the Monon trail. Leashed pets are allowed on the Monon trail and welcome here. The space This is a thoughtfully laid out three bedroom, duplex house. All the sleeping quarters are upstairs as is the full bath. Ample parking in the rear lot as well as a fully fenced in backyard that can be used as a shared space dog run/park. Watching the dog through the kitchen window as you continue to make preparations for your day can be such a relief over having to take fido for a walk around the block. Intense etiquette for this amenity is built into the house rules. You share the amenity with the other two properties of the triplex. This is a quiet street. That seems a little crowded because parking is only allowed on one side of the street—a by nother reason to be glad for ample parking on the rear parking pad or even inside the fence If you’re familiar with the show Buying Back the Block with comedian, Mike Epps and his wife Kyra on HGTV, this is that neighborhood All beds are queen and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, etc. will be in place. There’s always a hairdryer, wine opener, etc. Your host is not a “McHost” or an investor trying to earn passive income with as little as possible effort. All of my dozen or so properties are hand, decorated by locally, famous art collector and designer.  you will find pieces of her collection on loan in all my properties. Guest access The guest has access to the entire property and only shares the front porch, the fenced in dog run and the rear parking pad. The fenced in area which can be used for secure parking and/or fenced in dog run (supervision required) shared with the adjoining members of this triplex. Other things to note Secure parking in the rear. Secure dog run in the rear, must use etiquette to the other tenants/guest of this triplex and their pets. go ahead and let your dog out at seven in the morning while standing at the back door in your robe. yes we all know they need an actual walk but sometimes it just excellent to be able to just let them out for a few minutes while your coffee is brewing.
