Inside the main house, three spacious bedrooms provide comfort and warmth, featuring quality queen beds and heating. The two bathrooms offer flexibility, with one equipped with a full bathroom and bath, while the ensuite boasts a shower and toilet. A separate sleepout, accessible from the deck, offers an additional haven with a queen-sized bed. Please note that this space does not include toilet or bathroom facilities. Every essential for a comfortable stay is provided, including double glazing, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a heat pump with a heat transfer system, a washer and dryer, and all linen (excluding beach towels). Important Note: Regarding your reservation, please be aware of the following terms and conditions: Payment Terms: Full payment for your stay will be processed 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Bond Hold: A bond hold will be placed on your credit card. This amount will be secured 7 days before your arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same state it was found. In the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning, the necessary deductions will be made from this bond.
