This is an iconic condo hotel that guests have been coming to for fifty plus years for its beach location and Daytona Beach charm. This is an older building on the salty, humid water. This is an older building and not a good fit for people used to staying at 5 star hotels. A vintage building with a fun crowd that comes every year for the various events we have in Daytona Beach: Daytona 500, Daytona Bike Week, Cheerleading Competitions, Jeep Beach and much more! King Bed, Kitchenette, Ocean front Balcony! The condo includes: -1 king size bed and a pull out twin -a kitchenette (2 burner cooktop, a small microwave, coffee pot, toaster and fridge -cable TV with a wall mounted TV -2 small tables and chairs for eating or working -full bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink and toilet -closet for clothes -iron/board The grounds include: -2 pools: 1 outdoor and 1 indoor heated pool -poolside beach bar, cabana and an assortment of lounge chairs and tables -souvenir shop Guest access The condo hotel has washer/dryers available on the first floor.
