Other things to note And if by chance you want to see the sea, take a vaporetto (Sant'Alvise stop) and head to the Lido. A picturesque island about 11 km long and 2.5 km wide, where you can take bike or walking tours, take a dip in our sea, walk on the fine sand and admire the place where the Venice Film Festival is held every year.
