El Patio is the perfect place for a weekend with family or a group of friends, an intimate celebration or a holiday in the countryside just a few minutes from the sea. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, all with private bathrooms, precious linens and all the amenities that create an unforgettable experience. Swimming pool and barbecue area, large games room with ping pong table, foosball and many board games that will make cold days a unique opportunity to spend unique moments. The space The villa was inaugurated in 2023, so all the furniture is new, giving a feeling of luxury and relaxation. Spread over 2 floors, on the ground floor you will find an elegant living room with comfortable sofas distributed around a fireplace, smart TV and a large antique table where you can enjoy meals prepared in our spacious kitchen. The very spacious kitchen has a beautiful 3.60-meter steel counter that will immediately make you feel like a real chef :) In this space you will find everything you need to cook in conviviality and comfort. The bedrooms all have a private bathroom, smart TV, air conditioner and windows that will frame your stay. We have chosen elegant neutral shades, creating bright and spacious interiors. For moments of joy and play, we have a large room with a ping pong table, children's games and table football. You will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The Villa is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool, fruit trees and various relaxation areas. The lawn, which surrounds the pool, creates the perfect place for small barefoot walks, sunbathing in the sun loungers around the pool, or comfortably reading a book under the umbrellas. The pool is always available. It measures 10 x 5 meters and the depth is 1.40 meters. Finally, you can take advantage of our soccer field and prepare delicious grilled meats in our "Argentinian" barbecue. The barbecue area has a pergola illuminated with light chains, creating a very evocative atmosphere. There is a large wooden table with metal chairs, a large barbecue, and everything you need to grill. In the garden you will find different seating areas in wood/ratan, with a brazier area for night bonfires. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi and underfloor heating in all spaces. Guest access Guests have access to the Villa, the garden and the Swimming Pool. Other things to note We do not accept external and undeclared guests at the time of check-in.
