GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and lounge; double bedroom with divisible bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; guest bathroom; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – Two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom; one bathroom with shower. The living area features large French windows opening to the garden and pool area. Guest access Park: The garden covers approximately 200 sq m and is partially fenced with 120–180 cm-high mesh. It includes a lawn and paved area surrounded by oleanders, palms and hedges. A wooden dining table with chairs and an electric awning creates a pleasant spot for al fresco meals. A corridor at the rear separates the property from the neighbouring villa, Onda, while the back lawn is set at a slightly lower level. One parking space is available inside the gate, with two additional spaces outside. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa. Swimming Pool: The pool is located just in front of the villa and sits slightly raised above the garden on a decked platform. Irregular in shape; measures approximately 45 sq m with a depth varying from 0.30 to 1.20 m; lined in stoneware; chlorine purification with sand filter system; beach-style entry or built-in steps. The pool is illuminated with LED lights both internally and around the solarium, which is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
