FYI, there is a noise level monitor in the living room. All parking options are paid. Options include paid street parking, or nearby parking garages and parking lots. Navigating the vibrant streets of Uptown Chicago from our apartment is a breeze. Paid street parking is readily available, though subject to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis. For those preferring public transit, the Lawrence Red Line station is now open and just a 4-minute walk away, offering fast, direct access to downtown Chicago and beyond. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is your gateway to exploring the best of Chicago with ease. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole space. You also have access to a rooftop on the 9th floor! *A fee of $100 will be charged for up to 1 pet only. 🐾 We welcome service and emotional support animals. Please note a one-time $100 Animal cleaning fee applies to all stays involving animals to ensure the unit remains clean for all guests. 𝑷𝒆𝒕 𝑷𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒚 • We allow dogs up to 30 pounds only. • The following breeds are not permitted: Doberman, Chow Chow, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, Rottweiler, Gordon, German Shepherd, Canario, Akita, and Perro de Presa. • The only exception to this policy is for verified emotional support animals in accordance with applicable laws. 🔇 Noise Policy: We use a smart noise monitoring device (does not record audio) to help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. A sustained noise level above 75 decibels for 20+ minutes, or any verified noise complaint from a neighbor or building staff, will result in a $250 violation fee. Delivery & package policy: To maintain privacy and security on the property, we strongly discourage guests from receiving mail or packages during their stay. Any items sent through the Postal Service or traditional mail carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) will incur a $50 retrieval fee. We recommend using a local UPS store or post office drop box instead. 🛍 Grocery or meal deliveries (e.g., Instacart, Uber Eats) where you meet the delivery person at the door are completely fine and will NOT incur any fee, as our staff are not involved in retrieving those items. $250 fine for unauthorized access of common amenities 🏢 🚫 Disturbance Fine: To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. 🌡 Seasonal Heating Notice: From October through May, the building’s central air system operates in heating mode in accordance with Chicago’s seasonal regulations. During this period, cold air will not be available centrally. However, fans and/or portable air conditioners are provided in the unit, and windows can be opened to allow for fresh air and better airflow. As part of your reservation, you will have the option to add a $125 non-refundable damage waiver. This optional coverage protects you against up to $250 of accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind throughout your visit. Check-in instructions and access details will be shared once the required form has been completed. Verification: Within 24 hours of booking, all guests must complete our partner verification process by providing: a government ID, matching credit card, contact information, and passing a criminal background check. At that time, guests may also opt into the $125 non-refundable damage waiver for up to $250 of accidental damage coverage.
