FYI, there is a noise level monitor in the living room. All parking options are paid. Options include paid street parking, or nearby parking garages and parking lots. Navigating the vibrant streets of Uptown Chicago from our apartment is a breeze. Paid street parking is readily available, though subject to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis. For those preferring public transit, the Lawrence Red Line station is now open and just a 4-minute walk away, offering fast, direct access to downtown Chicago and beyond. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is your gateway to exploring the best of Chicago with ease. Guest access *A fee of $100 will be charged for up to 1 pet only. Other things to note There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Note: Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited. A $150 violation fee will apply. *In order to receive check in information, all guests must authenticate their ID with our third-party partner, Authenticate*. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pay a security deposit and, pass a criminal background check, and in some cases pay a security deposit. *Note* The information is a building management requirement, and IDs are collected for security only and are not stored or used for any other purposes. - A flat pet fee of $100 per stay applies, with a max of 1 pet allowed. (charged seperately through Airbnb platform) - All dog and owners must use the east elevator by the Art studio 🐾 We welcome service and emotional support animals. Please note a one-time $100 Animal cleaning fee applies to all stays involving animals to ensure the unit remains clean for all guests. 𝑷𝒆𝒕 𝑷𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒚 • We allow dogs up to 30 pounds only. • The following breeds are not permitted: Doberman, Chow Chow, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, Rottweiler, Gordon, German Shepherd, Canario, Akita, and Perro de Presa. • The only exception to this policy is for verified emotional support animals in accordance with applicable laws. **Note** The information is collected for security and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Note: Please inform us immediately if any amenities are not working during your check-in day, especially before the weekend, so we can assist you right away. Our maintenance team is available Monday through Friday during business hours and is unavailable on weekends. 🔇 Noise Policy: We use a smart noise monitoring device (does not record audio) to help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. A sustained noise level above 75 decibels for 20+ minutes, or any verified noise complaint from a neighbor or building staff, will result in a $250 violation fee. Delivery & package policy To maintain privacy and security on the property, we strongly discourage guests from receiving mail or packages during their stay. Any items sent through the Postal Service or traditional mail carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) will incur a $50 retrieval fee. We recommend using a local UPS store or post office drop box instead. 🛍 Grocery or meal deliveries (e.g., Instacart, Uber Eats) where you meet the delivery person at the door are completely fine and will NOT incur any fee, as our staff are not involved in retrieving those items. $250 fine for unauthorized access of common amenities 🏢 🚫 Disturbance Fine: To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. 🌡 Seasonal Heating Notice: From October through May, the building’s central air system operates in heating mode in accordance with Chicago’s seasonal regulations. During this period, cold air will not be available centrally.
