Natures beauty at your door steps. LaCasita is located at a perfect half way point to all the NW Indiana attractions. House is located 35min from Notre Dame, 20min to Michigan Wineries and 20 min from the Dunes. Relax in this comfy Casita which comes with modern amenities, high speed wifi & so much more! LaCasita is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath one level home. You enter the house through the front porch and into the family room. Family room contains a comfy relaxing sofa facing the 65inch smart tv that sits over an electric fireplace. The house continues into an intimate dining area where you can indulge in a delightful meal, savor a cup of coffee or sip on a glass of wine. Next to the dinning area is a bathroom and two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds in each room. The main bedroom contains two nightstands, a closet and a 55inc smart tv. The second bedroom overlooks the beautiful lake views for amazing sunsets. Continuing towards the back of the house sits a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen window will give a perfect view to the back of the lake for a perfect sunset view. The full bath is a combo shower that contains beautiful natural light through the sun tunnel in the bathroom. There will be 4 Kayaks available for our guests which will be stored in the garage. The kayaks are perfect to use right on the lake in the back of the house preferably during the spring and fall seasons. Lilly pads grow on the lake during the summer and might be too much for kayaks during summer time. Kayaks can be taken to the near by lakes (Stone Lake and Clear Lake) which are only 3 min away. We will also have 2 E-bikes available upon request for an additional charge to take on your adventures. Take a stroll down the local bike trails near all the beautiful lakes or explore the nearby Dunes. Guess will have access to the whole house, including the basement, the garage and the backyard which leads to the lake. The washer and dryer are located in the basement, the garage will have kayaks, beach equipment, grill and other outdoor items will be stored there. We always strive for the best and most memorable experience for our guests .All means of communication will be through this app or whatever means is best accessible for our guests. We provide firewood for the seasonal outdoor firepit that is located in the back yard over looking the lakeview. There are 4 outdoor chairs around the firepit. The grill is a propane gas grill which will have a full tank and additional tank in the garage if needed.
