This space is best suited for 4 people with the bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, nightstands, and closet space. The backyard is fully fenced for your peace of mind. Our gardens are certified wildlife habitats and monarch waystations, providing a serene haven for you to enjoy. 😊 Thank you! Other things to note The top-level mini split MUST be kept on the same setting (hot/cold) as when you arrive. You are welcome to adjust the temperature up or down or to turn the unit off entirely. The thermostat in the living room may be adjusted as you see fit. *Mobility Considerations* ☺️: To access the space, guests will encounter a front porch with a few steps at the bottom. Inside, there's a main level bedroom and an upper level bedroom (~12 steps). Please note that this space may not be suitable for wheelchair or walker users due to the mentioned features.
