The space Our spacious home can accommodate 6 guests in 2 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. Read each room's description to see bed options. We are fully outfitted for a fun and relaxing stay for you. We have a ping pong table, bags (cornhole set), firepit, plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, and board games. It's a short walk down to Lake Michigan's beaches. You walk out the back down a private path to the end of the block. From there you'll cross over the road and walk one block on Wells St to the beach access point. Almost everything is all on the first level of our 2300 sq ft home. We aim to have a seamless experience for you, with our fully stocked house ready for you to start relaxing from the moment you enter. You'll be given a custom code to our smart lock for our keyless property. The first time you enter, you will come through the garage. GARAGE GAME ROOM: -Ping pong -Darts -PacMan Arcade game -Fully stocked with beach supplies (wagon, boogie boards, tubes, a canopy, chairs, and more!) Keeping walking and you'll see the master bedroom to your left and the laundry room/mud room to your right. MASTER BEDROOM includes: -King sized bed -Smart TV -Private bathroom with double sink -Direct patio access via sliding doors -Large shower with 3 shower heads including rainfall shower head -Toilet with bidet Keeping walking and you'll see the main door beyond the Master bedroom and the stairs to the loft. Across from that to your right, you'll find the second bedroom. 2ND BEDROOM includes: -Queen sized Sleep Number bed -Direct access to bathroom -Chair and ottoman Immediately after the second bedroom is a door to the bathroom. This same bathroom is directly accessible from bedroom #2. Keep walking into our main living space. LIVING ROOM: -Two sofas -Modern chairs -Large plants -Access to back patio and outside table -Record player with vintage records for you to play -Sonos speakers DINING ROOM: -Table seats 6 KITCHEN: -Gourmet kitchen stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, and other cooking essentials -Retro-inspired orange fridge -Bar with 2 bar stools -Recycled glass countertops -Complimentary Keirug Coffee for your stay FAMILY ROOM / OFFICE Off the living room, there is another room which can be used as a TV Room / Play room / Office. -Large screen Smart TV -Pocket doors which can be closed or kept open -Sonos surround sound system for TV -Dedicated work area and desk -Board games on the shelf -The sectional had 2 twin sized sections - bolsters can be removed to sleep 2 people. THE LOFT: -Large screen Smart TV with Sonos surround sound and couches -Full bathroom with shower and bidet -Full wet bar including dishwasher and sink and mini fridge -In the cabinet, you will find two twin sized foldable memory foam floor mattresses (and bedding) that can be used on the floor to sleep 2. Best for kids. -More board games and duplos The loft also has access to ROOFTOP TERRACE -Sauna -Swinging chairs -Outside seating -Propane fire pit Don't forget the outside patio area! It's full of outdoor seating options -- both a table with chairs, loungers, a hammock, and cushioned chairs. OUTSIDE PATIO: -Solo Stove firepit (wood is provided) -Lounge areas -Outdoor game area for bags/corn hole -Grill and sink -Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach This patio area is accessible via sliding doors from the master bedroom, as well as the dining area. FAMILY NOTES: We provide a pack n play and high chair. We also provide a bit set of duplos for play. We do have open stairs so please be cautious with little ones! Guest access You'll have access to the entire house except for owner's cupboard (one locked closet and a few locked cabinets).
