Things to look forward to: Less than 10 minutes to the Dunes and beaches or head 3 minutes the other way to downtown for food, drinks and plenty of small town fun. This charismatic home greets you with all new furniture, front porch, HUGE fenced yard, and local decor. You will fall in love with this family town so bring the kids! The space This is a single-family home with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. It has a HUGE gated back yard that includes a patio area, propane grill, and fire pit. Parking is on site and the driveway can fit 3-4 vehicles. Bringing the family? The home will also include a pack-and-play, a highchair, some children's toys, and laundry on site. You are only: 📍 6 minutes from Indiana Dunes State Park 📍 8 minutes from Porter Beach on Lake Michigan 📍 3 minutes from Downtown Chesterton 📍 3 minutes from local brewery and distillery 📍 6 minutes from Grocery Stores 📍 15 minutes from 49'er Drive in Movie Theatre Guest access The home is yours to enjoy! The front door is equipped with a smart lock to allow you 24/7 access without the hassle of a physical key. A door code is assigned prior to check in. Other things to note ■ SECURITY: In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a 1 exterior camera: Ring Spotlight Camera located outside of the front entrance. The cameras are on throughout the guest reservation and will only record when it sensors motion. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property for your safety. ■ GETTING AROUND: Although walking is an option due to the proximity of the town, a car will most likely be needed when checking out any areas or parks.
