Spacious MCM beach house with private yard!

Welcome to Birdie's Beach Retreat! A beautiful mid-century modern house with all the updated amenities you could need. Only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and a five minute drive to year-round hiking and outdoor activities at the Indiana Dunes National Park. Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a large, private fenced-in backyard and deck. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space makes this the perfect getaway. House-trained dogs welcome! Sorry no cats (allergies). The space Spread out over two floors–the main floor and fully finished basement–there's 3 bedrooms, with five beds in total, to comfortably sleep 8 adults. The kitchen is fully stocked and there's a full bath on each of the two levels. Enjoy the big screen TV, full-size Foozball table, and bumper pool table in the updated, retro basement. Large back deck and fenced-in yard includes a fire pit with seating. Guest access Driveway fits three cars. The front door has a coded lock and the code will be sent upon arrival. Other things to note Some beach chairs and beach towels will be provided. Firewood will be available for the backyard fire pit as well.
