There is a large, fenced in. backyard behind the building and outdoor parking behind that. Guest access You will have access to the first floor apartment, outdoor parking behind the property, the large back yard, and back porch. No more than six people are allowed on the (Very strong and newly built) back porch at one time for safety. Other things to note There is a library of dozens of board games available to all guests.
