The common areas on the ground floor include a bright living room with a fireplace, equipped with a smart TV and access to Netflix, where you can relax, read or enjoy moments in the company of your loved ones. A fully equipped kitchen perfect for those who love to cook, complete with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals, a full bathroom and, to offer convenience for extended stays, a dedicated room houses a washer and dryer. Outside, a patio with sofas offers a perfect corner for relaxation, while under the gazebo there is a large table ideal for outdoor lunches or dinners admiring the view of Todi.
