Drive to the capital or jump on a train and in 45min you can be in the heart of Rome. There are trains from Anzio to Rome every 40min Perfectly central location with: 45 min boat ride to Ponza Island 40 min drive to Castelli Romani 2:30 hours to the Amalfi Coast 2:00 hours to Tuscany and Umbria Under 1:00 drive to all of Lazio's beautiful castles Guest access Guests will have access to the house and the garden grounds Other things to note The rules are as following: Our Italian Villa - HOUSE RULES We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules: 1. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night; as this is a home in a suburban setting, and we like to keep our neighbors as friends. 2. There shall not be smoking inside the home. If you'd like to smoke please use the terrace area and use an ashtray. Should there be any stains or odor in any furniture the deposit fee will be withheld. 3. Please leave any last minute dirty dishes inside the dishwasher and be mindful to keep the kitchen and spaces clean throughout your stay. 4. Parking is provided on the driveway side by side. Our driveway is suitable for two sedan or smaller cars. If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park parallel in front and around the house. 5. Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own carbon to the BBQ as it is not supplied but can easily be bought in the nearby supermarket Caprinetti. 6.For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners and portable device chargers. Air conditioners need to be switched off first with the remote control and then with the switch on the wall. If this isn't done they can spoil. 7. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 8. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 9. This is a family oriented and pet friendly home, however children and pets must be under active supervision at all times especially around the pool. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and cleaning needs. We do have children and pets ourselves so feel free to ask any questions. 10.Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 11. Please do not remove any fruits from the citrus or fruit trees. Feel free to help yourself to any fruits in the fridge and bowls on the tables. 12. Kindly be mindful of the parquet floors, not to scratch them or burn them. Deposit will be deducted should there be any damage. 13. Due to Covid-19 sanitation process, kindly place all your towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases in the plastic bag provided located in the drawer next to the bed. 14. Lastly, because this is a rental house community not a hotel, and is also our family home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave, if something is broken or damaged guests will be required to pay for it.
