We have a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, hot showers, full kitchen, balcony with Jacuzzi and barbecue, bed/bath linen, and bathrobe. Everything in the photos is 100% private for guests! EVERYTHING IN THE PHOTOS IS 100% PRIVATE FOR THIS CHALET!🚨 Location: We are located in the Allotment of Chácaras Cortina Dampezzo, Rodovia SP 50, km 154 in Santo Antônio do Pinhal-SP; location just over 20min of the center, with tranquility and quiet, away from the buzz and noise of the city. The place: We have two Cabanas (one on each plot); they are separated by privacy screens, therefore: privacy and individuality are respected as much as possible among our guests. We have an environment planned to give refuge, quiet and coziness to couples who seek a well-deserved rest or even spend a season to work in a home office accompanied by a beautiful view of the Serra da Mantiqueira. The Cabana has: • A spacious and cozy King Size Bed Suite overlooking the Serra da Mantiqueira Mountains. • Jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the mountain range; all covered for rainy days and 110% private only for cabin guests! • A planned bathroom - with TWO powerful and very hot showers, for a relaxing bath for two. • Integrated kitchen and room to privilege moment to two (we do not provide meals); we have all the necessary utensils available for a great stay (See picture utensils in the house album). • Wifi fiber optic for you to watch Netflix, work and do meetings - we have HDMI cable for you to mirror your laptop. • A fireplace that keeps the house warm and cozy on cold nights. (firewood and charcoal not included in the lodging, we have bags available for sale on the property); we have TWO heaters in the Cabana that keep the environment warm too. • Extremely comfortable armchairs and sofa that can be changed to make the room your way. • Integrated balcony with a breathtaking view with comfortable wooden chairs that provide - next to the fire, a pleasant chat. • Barbecue and sink area for a beautiful barbecue. • Laundry complete with washing machine, we do not provide any type of washing material, being the responsibility of the guest himself. • Garage with concrete ramp so that the car does not skid. PS: Your car 1.0 will calmly hold the journey of less than 3 minutes of dirt road. The Cabana is located at the top of the land and your car NEXT to the Cabana, so it has accessibility for guests with some mobility difficulties. The water is coming from an artesian well bored 97 meters deep that brings a water - directly from the rock, naturally icy mineral that makes your lodging even more special. READ CAREFULLY: • We do not serve breakfast, we do not serve any kind of meal, drink and etc. please do not insist on asking to be charged separately as we do not live on site, the chalet is 110% private for those staying; • Jacuzzi: bath salts and bathing foam is the responsibility of guests; as it is an item of personal use and varies the smell and essence, each one brings what they like most. • Firewood and Coal are not included in the accommodation can be purchased in the Cabana; we leave bags of coal and firewood in the Cabana for those who do not want to bring in the car; • Romantic surprises are not included in the lodging and can be hired; value from $250; • Flexible check in and check out: I will explain the “be-a-bá” for you to understand: for you to enter early/leave later, you will necessarily be using the time of another night and this must necessarily be paid, given that by way of your presence in the cottage sooner/later I will have to close the corresponding rate so that there are not 2 rentals on the same day. And exactly why you will have to PAY to get in early/leave later, no matter how many hours it is; and no, there will be no "proportional" payment of extra hours, you will book the whole rate, if I rent "proportional" I lose the opportunity to rent to someone else. Just imagine: you want 2-3-4-5 hours more and I offer for 10-20-30% the daily rate just to meet you proportionally, this does not exist; you will book the entire previous/later rate, and you will use it as you like within the contracted time. Our housekeeper always arrives noon (time already pre-programmed by the cleaning lady's own schedule that not only cleans our chalet but also cleans other chalets in the region) and finishes cleaning near the checkin time, so that we can adjust early entrances and later departures is impossible; you should be booking the previous/later rate. I ask you kindly: DO NOT INSIST ON THIS MATTER; • Delivery: Countless guests request delivery and arrive without any problems; this brings comfort and agility if you do not want to go out and eat. We leave an official leaflet made by the Secretary of Tourism with numerous options of restaurants/hamburgueria/pizzeria and etc. However, since it is something EXTERNAL to hosting, there is no way for me to control whether each restaurant will work/have deliveries on the day of your stay. Therefore, as it is something external the hosting is not my responsibility about any delivery/order and etc; it is YOU a direct guest with the venue. Security: our allotment of farms has security cameras at the entrance, so don't worry about this, I've owned the farm for years and we've never had any problems, it's a real refuge for rest. Guest access With less than 1300 meters and 3 minutes of dirt road, Cabana is extremely accessible by car. And don't worry, if your car is 1.0 it will handle it without any problems. Even on raining days, the road is accessible and your car will not suffer. The garage is spacious and comfortable - with gravel on the floor to facilitate maneuvering. The Allotment is large and with ample green areas that can be explored on a good hike along the road. Other things to note We provide properly sanitized and sterilized bed and bath linens. Bed: Pillows, sheet, pillowcase and blankets. Bath: Bath, floor, face towels and bathrobe. If you want to use the Jacuzzi, bring a swimsuit/bikini. We recommend that Guests make a simple grocery purchase at Amaral Supermarket - located in the city center, so that they remain well installed during their stay. We do not provide any kind of groceries/food to avoid contamination between departing and arriving guests, and all food left in the Cabana will be properly - and automatically - discarded in an appropriate place, thus favoring the cleanliness of the place; so if you forget something to eat, we're sorry but it will be discarded.
