Front porch Catch panoramic sunrises over the Sierras from the front porch and enjoy your coffee or tea on the bistro seating. Back deck & patio Walk out from the kitchen to the back deck, and step into the hot tub directly from the decking. Walk down the stairs to the grill and outdoor dining table to enjoy a meal under the sunset. Stay cozy when it gets late around the outdoor gas firepit and spa hot tub. Indoor All 3 bedrooms come with pillows, high quality duvets and sheets, closets with hangers and shelves, and night stands with lamps. Bedroom 1 is a king bed with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a king bed. Bedroom 3 is a queen bed. Second bathroom is shared with bedrooms 2 & 3. Queen-size mattress pops out from the loveseat in the living room. The living room has lots of comfy sectional space and a loveseat. Enjoy all the comforts of modern living - smart TV, cast iron gas fireplace, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas range, oven, washer and dryer. 6 miles to Oakhurst with options for shopping and dining. 3 hrs travel from Bay Area & 5 hrs from LA. Guest access Entire home and patio / deck spaces. Garage is locked for storage. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM to 8AM. No loud music or noise outside. We are on the top of a hill and noise carries. Please note: a reservation is sometimes required to enter Yosemite National Park. Please check the Yosemite NPS website for the latest updates. We recommend downloading offline maps to your phone when you visit, as cell reception is limited in the park.
