Nestled amidst nature, this home boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and a seasonal stream. The open-concept living area is the heart of the home, featuring vaulted ceilings, large A-frame windows, a cozy sectional sofa, and a rock fireplace with a wood-burning stove. The well-appointed kitchen features plenty of counter space and is fully stocked for your group. Enjoy your creations at the custom cedar dining table that comfortably seats 12 guests, with two additional stools available to seat 14. Entertainment & Relaxation: Game Room: Enjoy some friendly competition with a pool table, ping-pong table, and corn hole. Outdoor Living: Unwind on the spacious deck with two distinct seating areas—a bar-top table with six stools and a set of eight Adirondack lounge chairs. Family Fun: A 14-foot trampoline with a safety net provides outdoor enjoyment for all ages. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12 Adults): Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed & 1 Twin Bunkbed (The bunkbed is located in the master walk-in closet.) Bedroom 4 (Loft): 2 King Beds Two pack-and-play travel cribs are also available. Home Comforts: Every bedroom features a king-size bed and a 4K U-LED Smart TV with Netflix. Bedside lamps include outlets and USB ports for convenient charging. The home is equipped with a reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system. For the holiday season (December 1st to January 5th), the home is decorated with a Christmas tree. Coffee Bar: Your stay includes a fully equipped coffee bar with a Nespresso Vertuo Plus, drip coffee pot, Keurig, French press, and pour-over station. We provide coffee beans and a grinder; please bring your own pods for the Nespresso and Keurig machines. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and the surrounding 5+ acres of mountainside property. You are free to explore the grounds at your leisure. Ample on-site parking is available, including a designated space for an RV or camper at the base of the property. An EV charger (Juice Box) is available for your use; please bring any unique charging accessories you may need. Other things to note We have 4 exterior cameras on the property. ALL cameras are actively recording 24/7 both visually & audibly. Here are the locations: Front yard - Side Yard - Backyard - Driveway We welcome families and kids of all ages. Guests must "baby-proof" the house to their individual safety standards. Children should never be left unattended. Mountain Environment: This home is in the mountains. While we have a comprehensive pest control program, you may occasionally encounter a bug or other critter inside or outside. We appreciate your understanding. Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, there are four exterior cameras actively recording audio and video 24/7. They are located in the front yard, side yard, backyard, and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. Seasonal Creek: The creek on the property is seasonal and its flow depends on recent rainfall. It may not be flowing during drier months. Check-in: A rental agreement must be signed prior to receiving your check-in instructions. Parking: Please note that access to the property is via a steep drive, adding to the sense of seclusion and providing an elevated vantage point for taking in the stunning views. Once you reach the top, you'll be rewarded with unparalleled privacy and tranquility. Additional parking car or RV/camper parking can be found at the base of the property with a short walk.
