THINGS TO LOVE - Beautifully appointed ground floor of the main house - 10 minute walk to town, the beach and the amazing Ericeira reserve - Shared pool and outdoor shower with possible upstairs guests - Dedicated heat and air conditioning in all rooms - Outdoor shower with hot water - Work-friendly internet and Wi-Fi - Committed to sustainability - We will cover the daily tourist tax fee for your reservation but will require that you upload all guests' (13 years and older) passports or identification cards to the group chat to present to the local officials before you arrive - We will text you on your arrival date if your property is ready early THINGS TO KNOW - On a property with a guest house and possible upstairs first floor guests.
