The space We recently added a hot-tub to our yard, feel free to bring your suits and take a dip!🌫😶‍🌫️ please note this hot tub is designed to hold three (3) people, otherwise it will spill over! We also have added a seasonal pool offered between June 15 -September 15. Our outdoor deck furniture gets covered in the winter, some chairs remain uncovered if you would like to use the deck in colder months. 🌿1st floor: The bedroom office space featuring a twin size bed and a full bathroom w/ shower. Great for those that need a bed / bath that is more accessible! 🌿2nd floor: 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms *air bed provided for larger groups upon request; bed and linens provided, please note you will need to select where to place and set up yourself. Guest access The basement, as well as locked rooms are off limits as they are my personal spaces (master bedroom / linen closets), please respect my privacy as I open up and share my home with you! Other things to note *We require a deposit for any accounts that do not have prior reviews or any groups that are larger than 15 people (300$). *Everyone that will be onsite will need to be added as a guest, this includes daytime visitors or anybody else you will have on the property such as a babysitter, etc. We do not allow unauthorized guests / visitors to be onsite at any time, your reservation will be canceled if this policy is broken with no refund. *Early check in and late check out is available for an additional 80$ / hour, please enquire when booking. *In order to gain access to the hot tub / pool you can use the back door leading through the garage.
