We recently added a hot-tub to our yard, feel free to bring your suits and take a dip!🌫😶‍🌫️ please note this hot tub is designed to hold three (3) people, otherwise it will spill over! We also have added a seasonal pool offered between June 15 -September 15. Our outdoor deck furniture gets covered in the winter, some chairs remain uncovered if you would like to use the deck in colder months. 🌿1st floor: The bedroom office space featuring a twin size bed and a full bathroom w/ shower. Great for those that need a bed / bath that is more accessible! 🌿2nd floor: 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms *air bed provided for larger groups upon request; bed and linens provided, please note you will need to select where to place and set up yourself. The basement, as well as locked rooms are off limits as they are my personal spaces (master bedroom / linen closets), please respect my privacy as I open up and share my home with you! There will be a self - check in procedure in place, a front door camera registers all guests that enter / leave the premises so please do not be dishonest as we do charge the original payment method for extra guests (50$ per additional guest). Uninvited guests or parties will cause an immediate cancellation of the reservation. Other than that, I am available via cell phone or the Airbnb app. The Hamlet of Wallkill is naturally beautiful, a perfect escape from the city with gorgeous views of the sky and stars at night. 🦌🦫🌱 Quiet and full of wildlife, you might even spot a few deer crossing the lawn at night! We are 5 minutes away from Hudson Whiskey, a local distillery and great spot to have dinner / lunch and grab some drinks while sitting around the outdoor fire pit seating. Magnanini winery is about 10 minutes away and does wine tastings / dinner reservations and is just gorgeous! For a more chill vibe check out the local dives, for some of the crispiest wings and cool beer selection go to the Golden Rail Ale House and for live music you can go to Whiskey Ally’s. 🚖 The villa is within a 10 mile radius to picturesque towns such as Gardiner, New Paltz and Montgomery. Beacon is a favorite of mine and has the coolest bar arcade called Happy Valley Arcade Bar as well as other yummy bites to eat. 🎨🎼 A little further away we have Hudson, a gorgeous little artists community. 🏔 We are centrally located from Minnewaska State Park , Winding Hills County Park , Mohonk Nature Preserve and Shawangunk Nature Preserve, perfect to enjoy outdoor activities all year round . ☀️🌼During the warm seasons you can enjoy: 🧗‍♀️ hiking / mountain climbing 🚴‍♀️ biking 🚣‍♂️ boating / kayaking 🏊‍♀️ swimming ❄️⛄️ During the winter: 🎿 skiing. Perfectly quiet, luxury, which you can call home for a week or weekend. Just what you need to unwind and relax! You will need a car to get around! Uber is available but to get the most out of your experience we recommend driving. However, Uber eats is also an option if you’re any to stay in 😏 Feel free to bring your bikes and leave them out back (don’t bring indoors) to get the most out of nearby nature trails🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ *Early check in and late check out is available for an additional 80$ / hour, please enquire when booking. *In order to gain access to the hot tub / pool you can use the back door leading through the garage. **I restore furniture and properties in my free time, so my garage is filled with my little treasures, please do not use the garage for anything other than access to the hot tub / using the gym equipment.
