Enjoy sun, surf and sand, as well as nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. The space Pool officially OPEN! Heated Pool and Spa is here for your relaxing stay on Singer Island. Walk to the beach, restaurants and more right from the front door of the house. A spacious kitchen, dining table, extra bar with mini fridge and TV provide ample entertaining and family space. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a french door refrigerator, mini fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal. The cozy living area has beachy coastal vibes, a large flat screen tv, and some extra ottomans for sitting. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS) MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed, classic Floridian style furniture, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, separate bath tub, and a TV. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS) SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen bed, spacious closet and lots of natural light. THIRD ROOM: Features a spacious room with two twin-size beds. FOURTH ROOM: Features a trundle bed, and an ensuite bathroom The tropical backyard is fenced-in with luscious greenery for privacy, and a patio to hang out and have some appetizers and drinks! Guest access You'll have the entire house all to yourself. Park in the driveway. There is no parking on the street in Palm Beach Shores. Self check-in with keypad access. Please Note we have a camera doorbell for the safety of our guests. Other things to note 5 Minutes to Sailfish Marina where you can take a water ferry to Peanut Island where you can swim, snorkel, and paddleboard in crystal clear lagoon-like waters! 20 Minutes to Palm Beach Airport, Brightline Train(takes you to FT. Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 30 to Palm Beach Zoo, 4 Minutes to Publix, 15 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Costco! A quick car ride can also bring you down to West Palm Beach's Rosemary Square! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion. The pool is heated to an above-industry standard of 85 degrees. Comfortable, yet refreshing. Please note- during rare cold snaps, the heater may not perfectly maintain temps. Please note that if the pool temperature gage has been increased to more than 85 degrees there will be a $50.00 additional charge per day. Pool and lawn maintenance are attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay. We do weekly pool maintenance, but cannot control weather or debris. While we strive for cleanliness, we can't guarantee a debris-free pool. Rest assured, we're dedicated to keeping the pool in top condition. Unfortunate our neighborhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :) We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound. Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and we require a signed rental agreement. Please reach out if you would like to read the rental agreement prior to booking with us. The rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. All cancellations at anytime are subject to a credit card processing fee of 4%. We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed but note that our threshold is from 70-78F. We are pet friendly and just require a $100 pet fee. We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed. Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God. BOOKINGS YET TO BEGIN They are RARE, but, if, at any time, our property is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, where the National Weather Service (NWS) published hurricane “incidence cone” remains focused on our geographic region, with projections of a category strength of CAT 1, or more, forty-eight (48) hours prior to your booking, we will attempt to contact you to notify you that we are cancelling your booking. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that a weather event happens and your stay cannot start or is interrupted as no refunds will be granted for impending or unfortunate weather. ACTIVE STAYS If you are staying with us when a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is announced by the NWS, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area. If the storm, in the estimation of the NWS, has the potential to reach a level of Category 1, or greater, in our area, you agree to depart the premises, when requested by our staff, or the authorities. You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation/transportation plans, in such a circumstance. We will offer you a pro-rata refund of your stay, for the remaining days in keeping with the Airbnb Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Weather-related communications outages may impact our ability to contact you. We will make every effort to connect with you, and resolve your reservation situation. This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per Airbnb’s listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, save those in Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, and any part of any nation in the Arctic Circle, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb’s Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same. IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is family-friendly, but not completely child-proof. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.
