Please do not leave the villa in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (uncleaned dishes, moldy food leftovers, soiled walls, etc.). Cleaning fees set by hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations, and any failure to comply with this rule will result in additional charges. Guest access The entire house, land and amenities are fully private to guests for the duration of the stay. Other things to note To ensure everyone's peace, please reduce the sound volume between 10pm and 8am. Stag and hen parties and other such celebrations are prohibited. The number of tenants will be strictly limited to the number of people indicated at the time of the initial booking, no additional tenants will be allowed without the prior agreement of the landlord. Violations of these rules may result in additional charges or prosecution.
