The apartment was newly renovated in 2023, featuring brand new furniture and appliances, including a washer/dryer, oven, stove, dishwasher, and other cooking essentials. As frequent Airbnb guests ourselves, we’ve had wonderful experiences staying in homes around the world — and now we’re happy to offer ours to you. You’ll enjoy a cozy seaview guest room, an indoor bar area, and a comfortable living space. One of the apartment’s most unique features is the private outdoor patio— about 30 square meters,directly connected to the living room. This kind of outdoor space is rare on Hong Kong Island. We’ve created a relaxing setting with a small garden and outdoor bar table — perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or enjoying the nightly Disneyland fireworks (visible around 8:30–9:30 PM). The bed in the guest room is a standard full size (135 cm x 190 cm), suitable for one or two guests. For groups of up to four, we’re happy to provide an additional mattress at no extra charge— just let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you. The apartment is **entirely private** — no shared spaces during your stay. While it is newly decorated, please note it’s a real, lived-in home— not a hotel. You may notice some normal wear in areas like the kitchen. Still, we always clean and prepare the space with care and attention, and your comfort is very important to us. We’re new to hosting on Airbnb, and we really appreciate your understanding and support as we learn and grow.
