Modern spacious designer studio walk up above MTR

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located converted loft-style commercial space with a king bed, natural light, workspace, modern design, fast and stable wifi, washer/dryer, exercise equipment, folding bike, ample storage space, TV with Netflix and Playstation, Roomba, and a rooftop. The apartment is a 5-floor walk up located 1-min walk from Sheung Wan MTR station. The location is very convenient. The kitchenette is basic with an induction, toaster oven, steamer, utensils, etc The space Loads of natural light, very high ceilings, modern furnishings, and above all spacious by Hong Kong standards. The unit features floor to ceiling windows however there are blackout blinds installed throughout to help you get a good night's sleep. The king sized bed is exceptionally comfortable and has both denser and softer pillows. If you are remote working you'll find various quality of life aids such as two desks equipped with chargers, 200mbps wifi, an ergonomic adjustable desk chair, magnetic phone holder for video calls, wireless mice, and a printer. If you like to exercise without having to go a gym, there are dumbbells, kettlebells, exercise mats and resistance bands which you are welcome use. There's also a dedicated reading chair with footrest. If you don't wish to live out of a suitcase you need not worry as ample wardrobe and drawer space will be cleared for you. All basic hygiene necessities such as toilet rolls, shampoo, soaps, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent are provided. If there's rainy weather there are both standard and compact umbrellas provided that you can use during your stay. On the other hand, there is also a folding bike that you are welcome to use if you like to cycle. For recreation there is a flatscreen TV with a Netflix, Apple TV, and AmazonPrime Video account, a PS5, numerous boardgames, and several hundred books. The apartment comes with exercise equipment that will be cleaned/sanitised before your arrival including two exercise mats, a dumbbell set (from 2kg to up to 20kg each), skipping rope, resistance bands, doorway pull handles, and digital scales. You can use this equipment for a basic workout either in the apartment itself or on the rooftop one floor above. There is a Nespresso machine, Brita water filter jug, and a large SMEG fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchenette is basic however there is an induction hob, steamer, blender, flattop grill, toaster over, and full set of utensils. Hong Kong can be very hot most of year, but fortunately the apartment has two split system AC units which are remote controlled and almost completely silent. For your clothes there is a washer, tumble dryer, and drying rack. If you're planning a longer stay I can help arrange a cleaning service for you for approximately $US13/hour (usually they take 1-2 hours and have their own key and code, so they can come when you're out if you prefer). Because the apartment is cleaned regularly professionally, you should find it spotless including all glassware, plates, fridge interior, etc. If you find anything that is not perfectly clean simply let me know and I'll have it corrected asap (although this has never been necessary). Please do note that this is a walk-up building, which is not uncommon in central Hong Kong for low-rise buildings. Depending on your arrival time it is often possible to arrange for my cleaners to help you with your bags if you're concerned about bringing your luggage up the stairs. The apartment is located above Sheung Wan MTR (MTR is the subway network), the Des Voeux Road tramline, and is 5 minutes walk to the Central Piers for ferries. In other words, highly convenient for taking advantage of Hong Kong's public transport system.
